Rady School of Management
Michelle Becker's background in business, as a retired CPA; her experience teaching mindfulness and compassion, and her work as a psychotherapist specializing in relationships come together when she teaches about cultivating a culture of compassion in business. Michelle is a co-founder of the Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher Training, and a certified Compassion Cultivation Teacher through Stanford. Michelle teaches internationally on the topic of compassion and self-compassion, including the value of bringing these practices into our work lives.
