Biography

ESADE Business School

A practising Lawyer since 1981, specialized in mergers and acquisitions and in corporate law.

Between 1981 and 1983 he worked in Jausas Advocats, specialized in business law; subsequently, in Bufete y Asociados, specialized in business and labour law, and between 1987 and 1990, in GMS, specialized in business law (mergers and acquisitions and corporate law) and tax law. In 1990 he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Partner, specialized in business law (mergers and acquisitions and corporate law), and since 2005 he has been a Partner of Cuatrecasas, specialized in business law (mergers and acquisitions and corporate law).

He joined ESADE in 1981. He was a Lecturer in Social Philosophy (1981-1984) and in Business Law on the Tax Consultancy and Management, MBA and Combined Undergraduate and Master in Management programmes (1990-1996), on the Combined Undergraduate and Master in Law Programme and on Executive Education programmes (since 1997).

Between 1997 and 2001 he was Dean, ESADE Law School.
