Biography
Bristol Business School
After working as a Lead Associate Practitioner (operations) in the healthcare industry for several years, I moved into academia in 2012. My teaching since this time has included the areas of operations, strategy and general business management. I am also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Area of expertise
My main areas of interest from a research point of view are healthcare quality management, staff management, quality improvement, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
My current research projects include a PhD in healthcare job satisfaction and quality of care and a structured review to determine the theoretical relationships between service quality and customer satisfaction, using service dominant logic to provide a novel perspective to these concepts.
