Nichole Williams

I am currently a faculty member at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business where I teach Kelley Compass, a talent management course that guides students in finding the area of the business world that fits well with their work values, personality, interests and skills. It further teaches them how to brand themselves and sell that personal brand to employers. Before I worked at Kelley, I served as the Director of Alumni Career Services for the IU Alumni Association where I helped alumni make career decisions and develop strategies for finding new jobs. My passion for career & professional development stems from my own career transition from the world of marketing, sales, and corporate training in the dental, publishing and environmental industries to working in career development in the field of higher education and academia.

With a focus on helping individuals find the right career fit, I have a deep interest in helping people achieve their goals by transforming their jobs into meaningful and satisfying careers.
