Biography

Nicolette is the founder of Personality Freak, which helps people understand themselves (including personality type) for breakout career performance. She is also an executive coach at the Kelley School of Business’ full-time MBA program at Indiana University, where she coaches and teaches hundreds of MBAs. In addition to her work at Kelley, she coaches private clients.
Nicolette’s work experience spans 15+ years in human resources, talent management, change management, leadership assessment and development, employee engagement and diversity. Immediately prior to joining Kelley, Nicolette worked at JCPenney as Senior Director, Human Resources for the company’s Supply Chain organization. She has also held leadership positions at General Electric and The Home Depot.
Nicolette holds a BA from DePauw University, a JD from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
