Associate Corporate and Securities Practice Group Pepper Hamilton LLP

Odia Kagan is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton and a member of its Privacy and Data Security Group. Odia regularly counsels technology and healthcare companies on legal issues of doing business in the cloud and big data, including drafting licensing agreements and software as a service (SAAS) agreements and general privacy and data security issues including regulatory compliance and privacy policies. Ms. Kagan served as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University teaching a course on Internet Law. She was recently elected as one of Pennsylvania’s Lawyers on the Fast Track for 2013.
