Indian Institute of Management Bangalore
Pearl Malhotra’s research examines the nuances of manager-subordinate relationships and the impact of managers on their subordinates. Her research interests also include diversity in organizations and procrastination at the workplace. She has formerly worked as Lead - Employee Relations with Infosys BPO and as an independent HR consultant across industries. Research Interests: manager-subordinate dyads, impact of managers, leadership, diversity in organizations, procrastination at the workplace, Human Resource Management processes
