Petri Aaltonen

Petri has been working as a business consultant, trainer and researcher for 17 years.

From the late 1990s till 2007 he worked as a project manager and researcher at Helsinki University of Technology focusing on strategy, change management, business process development, and teamwork.

At the turn of the millennium, he was one of the founders of STRADA research program, which produced pioneering, practical tools for managers and supervisors for strategy interpretation and implementation at team level. Petri’s doctoral dissertation highlighted the relevance of continuous dialogue and everyday creativity in strategy implementation.

From 2007 to 2012 Petri worked as a partner at Perfecto Ltd. / SEK Group, consulting and training some 30 customer organizations annually.

Currently he works as a service business designer at Palmu Evolution. Petri’s mission at Palmu is to utilize his expertise on strategy, change management and business process development to help Palmu customers succeed.
