Dr. R.Deepa has a doctorate in HRM/OB from IIT Madras. She has over 16 years of teaching, research and industry experience. She has six years of industry experience as a HR generalist in various Manufacturing and IT organizations in corporate HR and corporate marketing. She has seven years of research experience as a research scholar and research associate at IIT Madras, where she worked in Employer Branding. Her research interests include Talent Management, Employer Branding, Technology-based Human Resource Management and Learning & Development. She has published papers in international peer- reviewed journals listed in ABDC and Scopus and presented papers in national and international conferences of repute.
