Ralph Ferrales

Ralph Ferrales is a Principal in EY’s National Tax Department’s Quantitative Services group. He is based in the New York City office and is focused on capitalization & cost recovery. He is committed to conducting cost segregation studies, repair & maintenance reviews, and tax depreciation analyses.

In connection with these services, Ralph has performed countless interviews, site visits, and consulting sessions with engineering, accounting, and tax department personnel. He has extensive knowledge of large tax projects and a diverse mix of experience with financial and professional services, REIT’s, retail, technology, manufacturing, utilities, and consumer products companies.
