Raye Chen Hua Yeow received the B.Eng. and the Ph.D. degrees in bioengineering from the National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 2006 and 2010, respectively.,He is an Associate Professor with the Department of Biomedical Engineering, National University of Singapore, Singapore, and an affiliated Principal Investigator with the Singapore Institute for Neurotechnology and Advanced Robotics Center, Singapore. He did his Postdoctoral training with the BioRobotics Lab, Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, USA, 2012. His research interests include soft robotics for healthcare.,Dr. Yeow was awarded the NUS Overseas Postdoctoral Fellowship (2010), the NUS Young Investigator Award (2014), the Yamaguchi Medal (2015), MIT Technology Review Innovators Under 35 Asia (2016), the Applied Research Award and Young Creator Award at the IES Prestigious Engineering Awards 2017, and the Technology Innovation Award at the IES Prestigious Engineering Awards 2018.
