Rebekah is the Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific Medical Devices, Johnson & Johnson, responsible for talent across Asia Pacific with a primary focus on Leadership, Culture, Talent Management and Employee Experience.

Rebekah has 17 years of HR experience and seven years of prior industry experience accumulated through living and working in six countries, five industries and three functions. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Rebekah was the Global Head of Human Capital for BW Offshore based in Norway and previously held the role of Global Head of HR and Communications at BW Shipping based in Singapore. Rebekah has worked on multiple aspects of HR including Strategy, Team mobilization, Talent & Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Labour Relations, Corporate Restructures and Rightsizing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Leadership Development, Change Management and Cultural Transformation, as well as general HR Operations.

Born in India, Rebekah graduated on the Dean’s list with an MBA from INSEAD in 2003 and gained a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from Delhi University in 1994. Prior to her MBA, Rebekah worked as Account Director at Text 100 Public Relations based in New Delhi servicing primarily the Microsoft, Compaq and several dotcom accounts. She started her career as a management trainee in Finance for Kraft Foods Asia Pacific in Hong Kong. Rebekah lives in Singapore with her husband of 25 years, her 14-year-old daughter and their 7-year old beagle. In her spare time, Rebekah enjoys horse-riding, birdwatching, yoga, pottery, baking and reading but is also being inspired by Johnson & Johnson into getting fitter by the day!
