Biography

Singapore Management University

Reddi Kotha is an Associate Professor of Strategic Management, Academic Director of Masters in Science of Innovation, and Academic Co-advisor of Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Singapore Management University (SMU). Reddi has a Ph.D. from London Business School in entrepreneurship and an MBA from Babson College.

He studies and teaches innovation practices in large firms and how entrepreneurs can scale-up. His work has been published in leading academic journals (Academy of Management and Strategic Management Journals) and also in a lead practice journal (Harvard Business Review). Reddi has received Singapore’s Social Science Research Council grant to conduct an intervention for Singaporean entrepreneurs to scale-up and internationalize using randomized control trial (RCT) method.
