Rita Pikó

dr Rita Pikó gives our clients solution-oriented, efficiently implementable advice. As a proven expert with over 25 years of practical experience in corporate governance, corporate compliance and related internal investigations, she finds effective solutions for our clients. dr Pikó also acts as an ombudsperson for national and international organizations.

dr Rita Pikó advises on both Swiss and German law. She is licensed as a lawyer in Switzerland and Germany.

She has been a member of the Compliance Committee of the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) since March 1, 2022. The SNSF funds research in all scientific disciplines on behalf of the federal government. The Compliance Committee of the SNSF assesses the legality and appropriateness of the funding decisions and the compliance organization in a systematic and risk-oriented manner and makes recommendations for improvement. Furthermore, co-leads Dr. Pikó the "Integrity" working group of the DICO (German Institute for Compliance).

dr In addition to her legal work, Rita Pikó regularly lectures at various universities on compliance and internal investigations, for example at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Since 2010 she has been a permanent speaker on the excellence program for supervisory board members at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. In this context, she has been able to train over 500 active and future supervisory board members. From 2017 to 2020 she was a lecturer in compliance and study leader of the CAS Compliance Investigator at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW).

dr Pikó is co-editor of the Corporate Compliance manual (Helbing Lichtenhahn Verlag, 1st edition, 2022) and co-author of eleven articles in this specialist book. For further publications see here .
