Rodger formed Northcreek Mezzanine with Barry Peterson in 2010, and shares overall management responsibility for Northcreek. Rodger is responsible for deal generation, due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation, along with fundraising and investor relations. Prior to founding Northcreek, Rodger led the formation of Provident Capital Corp (then a division of Provident Bank) a provider of structured finance senior loans, mezzanine investments, and private equity fund investments. Rodger is on the Board of Directors of the Small Business Investors Alliance (“SBIA”) as well as several portfolio companies. Rodger has been active in various civic and community organizations with a particular interest in education. Rodger graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Finance. He lives in Cincinnati with his wife and has raised three young men.
