He has developed his career internationally, advising numerous multinationals on their establishment in Spain and on corporate operations, start-up financing operations in the technology and health-tech sectors, among others. She also advises and defends the interests of clients in litigious or pre-litigious situations in the corporate and commercial contractual field.
