Wisconsin School of Business
Professor Troyan has an earned PhD in Comparative Literature specializing in the history of rhetoric and communication. He has worked for more than 20 years as a computer consultant designing databases and websites, in addition to documenting computer programs, developing training sessions, and designing custom-made online help systems for clients.
