Sebastian Hetger

Mr. Hetger is active in all areas of individual and collective labour law, including collective agreements and works constitution law.

His field of activity includes labour law support for corporate litigation and the development of customised solutions, as well as advice and out-of-court enforcement of interests in individual cases and, if necessary, representation in court in labour court judgement and resolution proceedings. Mr. Hetger supervises corporate litigation in the context of industrial action.

In addition, Mr- Hetger lectures on labour law topics both for associations and as part of in-house events.
