Biography
Wake Forest University School of Business
Sherry Moss received her Ph.D. in 1991 from Florida State University. She is currently the Benson-Pruitt Professor of Organizational Behavior in the School of Business at Wake Forest University. She has served as the Director of the Full Time MBA Program at Wake Forest and as the Area Chair for the Management Faculty. Before coming to Wake Forest in 2005, she was an Associate Professor and Director of the Executive MBA Program at Florida International University in Miami, Florida.
Her research interests include leadership, abusive supervision, multiple jobholding, authenticity and meaningful work. Her research has been published in prestigious academic journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Academy of Management Executive and Nature. Her two current research interests are abusive supervision (especially bullying in academic science) and multiple jobholding.
