Sue Willman is an Educator in the Carlson Executive Educator’s Network at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. She is also the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Life Science and Pharmacy Services at EXL, a leading operations management and analytics company that designs and enables agile, customer-centric operating models to help clients improve their revenue growth and profitability. She is building new business lines for EXL’s healthcare business. Sue has a 27-year career in the healthcare industry rooted in innovation working for companies like Clinical Pharmacy Advantage (now CVS Health), Schering Plough, Lilly, Optum, Medtronic and now EXL.

Sue’s extensive experience in business strategy and working with diverse stakeholders has allowed her to build, launch, and manage cutting-edge solutions, including building business operations infrastructure from the ground up. Sue contributes her success to mastering the art of cross-functional collaboration, creative problem solving/solution development, and practical execution driven through strong communication and project management.

She gives back to her community as a board member for Opportunity Neighborhood with a mission focused on creating housing stability, safety and opportunities for family success in the affordable housing communities served in the Twin Cities.

Sue earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions.
