Biography
BI Norwegian Business School
Sut I Wong, PhD is a Professor in Communication and Leadership in the Department of Communication and Culture. She is currently a co-Director of the Nordic Centre for Internet and Society looking into new ways of working.
Her research interests include relationship-based leadership, virtual team leadership, human resource practices for individual innovative and proactive behaviors, such as job crafting. Her more recent research looks into management practices for digital change. Her work is extensively published in top-tier journals such as, among others, the Journal of Management, the Leadership Quarterly, Human Resource Management Journal and Human Resource Management.
