Swapnil Chugh

Swapnil Chugh is the Associate Director of Strategic Innovations at INSEAD. An INSEAD Alumnus (MBA, December 2011), he is responsible for designing innovative online programmes at INSEAD. Since joining INSEAD in February 2015, he has successfully developed and rolled out online programmes for leading companies like Accenture with great success and is now leading the launch of INSEAD’s open online programmes. After starting his career as an Equity Analyst covering the Technology Sector at Goldman Sachs, Swapnil moved on to pursue his passion of entrepreneurship and innovation by founding his own publishing house, Serene Woods, in 2009, focused on first-time authors. On graduating from INSEAD, when online education was just starting to emerge, he joined the Institute for Personal Leadership (IPL), a start-up, where he led the launch of Columbia Business School’s first two online executive education programmes, as part of a joint venture between IPL and Columbia. He was actively involved in the design; the development and the delivery of the programmes to participants from round the world.
