Vanessa at FLG chairs the Labor and Employment Group and co-chairs the Litigation Group. She has over 25 years' experience representing clients in connection with sensitive employment matters, contract disputes, insurance, reinsurance, bad faith claims, and liability disputes. She works with each client to balance their competing needs both within the case and their organization.

Vanessa serves as a strategist and collaborative partner to her clients. She is a trusted advisor who helps her clients navigate complex matters and achieve their business goals.

At the University of Miami, Vanessa serves as a Lecturer in Business Law and Ethics and Critical Thinking and Persuasion where she works with her students to continue developing their skills to address the needs of their business audience.
