Dr. Vic Arnold is the Kleberg-King Ranch Centennial Professorship Emeritus in Management. He received his B.S. and M.S. from Colorado State University and his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin. His research and teaching interests include natural resource and environmental management strategies, policy analysis, economic development, and management in the public sector. He was once chair of the Management Department
