Xiaowei Li

Li Xiaowei: Ph.D., researcher; born in September 1964, native of Shou County, Anhui Province; obtained a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in engineering from the Department of Computer Science of Hefei University of Technology in 1985 and 1988, and a doctorate in engineering from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Institute of Computing) in 1991. He is currently the Executive Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Computer Architecture and a member of the Academic Committee; Vice Chairman of the Degree Evaluation Committee of the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the China Computer Federation; Director of the China Metrology and Testing Society, Director of the Integrated Circuit Testing Professional Committee; Director of the Chinese Institute of Electronics. Associate Editor of Journal of Computer Science and Technology, Associate Editor of IEEE Trans. on CAD, IEEE Trans. on CAS II, Journal of Low Power Electronics, Journal of Electronic Testing and other international journals (Associate Editor); IEEE CS TTTC Vice Chair (2018- 2019), IEEE CS Asia and Pacific Regional TTTC Vice-Chair; IEEE ATS Steering Committee Chair (2010-2013); Program Committee Member of IEEE ITC/VTS/DAC/DATE and other international academic conferences. In recent years, researcher Li Xiaowei's main research fields are VLSI testing, fault-tolerant computing, and hardware security. Trained 33 Ph.Ds (2 of them were awarded CCF Excellent Bo); published 4 academic monographs; published in domestic academic journals including ISCA/HPCA/DAC and other ACM/IEEE international academic conferences, IEEE/ACM Transactions and other international academic journals, China Science/JCST etc. Co-published more than 380 academic papers in academic journals; authorized more than 70 invention patents and registered more than 40 software copyrights. He has successively won the Natural Science Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (1992), the Outstanding Scientific and Technological Achievement Award (team/2003), the Teaching Achievement Award (2008/2016); the Wang Xuan Award of the Chinese Computer Society (2008), and the Quality Technology Award of the China Association for Quality (2008). 2011); China Metrology and Testing Society Science and Technology Award (2016), Chinese Institute of Electronics Technology Invention Award (2018); Beijing Science and Technology Award (2007, 2008, 2014 and 2017); National Technology Invention Award (2012) ) , National Science and Technology Progress Award (2015); In 2013 , he was selected into the National Hundred Thousand Talents Project and won the title of "Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions"; The 7th "National Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker" honorary title.
