Prof. Dr. Yannick Radi is Professor of public international law at the University of Louvain and Guest Professor in international investment law and arbitration at Sciences Po Law School.
His areas of expertise include international litigation, international investment law, business and human rights as well as sustainable development. Yannick has written on a wide range of topics in these areas and edited a series of books, lastly a Research Handbook on Human Rights and Investment. He regularly acts as a consultant on investment law and arbitration matters.
Yannick is Editor-in-Chief of the Brill Research Perspectives in International Legal Theory and Practice and a member of various international scientific committees and research projects, in particular the International Committee of the International Law Association on the 'Rule of Law and International Investment Law'.
Yannick holds a Ph.D. and an LL.M. from the European University Institute. He also holds an LL.M. in international economic law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
