Yves-Alain Ach, doctor in management sciences, is professor of finance, director of the International Finance master's degree at the Léonard de Vinci School of Management (EMLV) and administrator of the National Chamber of Financial Expert Advisors (CNCEF).

Specialist in the valuation of intangible assets and companies, financial auditing, but also in mergers and acquisitions, Yves-Alain Ach (Phd) is the author of books (ISTE Editions, Wiley Editions, Ellipses Editions, Hachette Université) and articles (The Conversation, Forbes, World Economic Forum, La Tribune, L'Expansion/expert mag, Le nouvel Economiste, Les Petites Affiches, Revue Française de Comptabilité) in line with the world of Finance. He has been involved in due diligence, valuation and audit operations for more than 25 years. Considering the importance of the transmission of knowledge, he teaches financial audit, valuation of intangible assets (trademarks and patents) and finance in a French Business School.
