Bar-Ilan University

Dr. Josman is a cognitive and organizational psychologist by training. He frequently serves as a visiting professor at numerous universities: Rutgers, Verona, Singapore, Riga, Moscow, and Warsaw. His research activities focus on decision-making processes, ethical issues in organizations, work-life balance, and corporate social responsibility. Additional professional activities include enhancing team processes, applying behavioral knowledge to military organizations, evaluating organizational programs and interventions, and implementing organizational work-stress management and occupational health interventions. Dr. Josman consults with numerous organizations in Israel, USA, Italy and the Far-East in high-tech, telecommunications, IT, security and military, and financial and service sectors.
