Biography:

Anne FALANTIN is currently pursuing her PhD at CNAM Paris, and her defence is planned for the autumn of 2016. Her research focuses on Technological Blindness and Liberal Blindness: Analogies, Singularities and Interactions in Organisations. She holds a MBA from Reims Management School and a MAS in Institutions, Organisations and Performance from the Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne. Her MAS thesis was on the contribution of ICTs to traceability mechanisms in the French agri-food industry. Since arriving in 1991, she has specialised in the disciplines of Information Systems and Project Management. In 2007, she was given the responsibility of designing the 5th year course for the TEMA Programme at NEOMA Business School to train students in project pilots that are innovative, complex and internationally focused. In this role she has guided more than seventy projects in partnership with national and international companies such as Axon Cable, Caisse d’Epargne, Crédit Agricole SA, SNC Lavalin, Big Mat Europe, SNCF, Réseau STAR, Real Games, PGA Avionics. She has also collaborated with local businesses like Champagne Salmon, ACR Copaking, ADM, Ambassade du Champagne, MKB Prod, etc. From 2009 to 2013 she was Manager of the Department of Management and Decisions. In 2011 with Catherine KARYOTIS, she co-authored “Vache Folle, Finance Folle, une Traçabilité Nécessaire Pour Rétablir la Confiance” in the journal Revue du Financier as well as “Les Banques à la reconquête de ses E-Clients” in the Expansion Management Review with Catherine KARYOTIS and Eric FIMBEL. In 2012 along with Thomas CANNIOT, she was given the school’s award Prix de l’Innovation Pédagogique. From 2011 to 2014 she was a member of the supervisory board for the procedures and material competitiveness centre at Matéralia.
