President, C. Joseph Ninos and Associates
Chuck had been employed for 28 years in both the public and private sectors, most recently as Senior Organizational Consultant, Vice President with Development with National City Corporation.
Prior to this he held the position of Senior Organizational Consultant with Progressive Insurance, Vice President for Development with the Sharon Regional Health System, and Vice President of Human Resources with F.N.B. Corporation, where he was responsible for five financial institutions throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio.
For ten years, he held the position of Instructor in Management Development with The Pennsylvania State University where he conducted on-site management training and development programs for business, industry, health care, and financial institutions. Mr. Ninos has designed and implemented programs dealing with the application of management principles to specific problems in the modern work environment. Included are issues related to the changing values of today's work force, the development of teamwork through the integration of employee and organizational objectives, and the implementation of the Process of Continuous Quality Improvement at the shop floor level.
His focus is upon the practical application of sound management principles to the complex management situations currently faced by modern organizations.
Mr. Ninos has extensive management experience, having worked with both profit and not-for-profit organizations, including health care. He has managed personnel issues in merger situations, and has experience integrating different organizational cultures. He has designed and implemented programs on "Managing Diversity" for national and international corporations.
He has received his Bachelor's Degree from Duquesne University and his Master's Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He has attended the Crosby Executive College on Quality Improvement, and Disney University in Orlando Florida where he studied Management and Customer Service.
Mr. Ninos is a faculty member with Penn State University's Executive Programs. He is certified in Win/Win Bargaining by Department of Labor and is a facilitator of the Labor Management Process with the Fayette County Labor Management Committees. He is also a former member of the American Society for Training and Development.
